The Central Ohio Organization of Public Purchasers (CO-OPP) is a not-for-profit organization comprised of purchasing professionals from public entities such as townships, cities, counties, state, federal, schools and higher education involved in procurement and materials management. CO-OPP, a chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc.
